We have a near constant exposure to Eastern Equine Encephalitis and West Nile Virus in this area but it's difficult with busy schedules to ensure vaccines are given in a timely fashion. Springhill Equine keeps track of the latest vaccine, deworming and dental needs for your horse and incorporates them in to a package based on your horse's lifestyle. We then schedule all appointments when they are needed so you don't have to remember a thing. We make payment easy too: one up front, discounted, payment or a quarterly payment plan.

This package can be added to any of our Wellness Programs for one up-front payment of $190 or quarterly payments of $54. The latest research indicates early intervention of Insulin Resistance and Cushings can significantly improve our horse's quality of life. We will monitor Insulin and ACTH levels twice yearly to quickly identify and address problems. In addition, we will take x-rays of the front feet in the fall to check for any current signs of laminitis, and establish a baseline for your horse.

No matter what your horse does, from trail riding to horse shows every weekend, Springhill Equine has a Wellness Program level
to suit your needs. During our Wellness Visits we don't just take a look at your horse; we look at your feed, hay, shoeing and
pastures. We then incorporate your horse's lifestyle and our knowledge to come up with a comprehensive health plan.
For the homebody horse we offer the Basic Level Wellness Program. This level is perfect for the horse that stays home most of the time with occasional trips out for trail rides or lessons. Basic level includes two Wellness visits per year which will include Wellness Exams, Eastern and Western Encephalitis, Tetanus, West Nile Virus, Rabies, Coggins, Dental Float with sedation and fecal egg counts with customized deworming program.
Our Basic Plus Wellness Program is the perfect level for the horse that does some showing, trail riding and other social activities. The Basic Plus Plan includes two Wellness visits per year which include Wellness Exams, Eastern and Western Encephalitis, Tetanus, Rhinopneumonitis, Intranasal Influenza, Rabies, Coggins, Dental Float with sedation and fecal egg counts with customized deworming program.
For the road warrior horses, we offer our Performance Wellness Program. The Performance Wellness Program includes three visits per year which will include Wellness Exams, Eastern and Western Encephalitis, Tetanus, Rhinopneumonitis, Intranasal Influenza, West Nile Virus, Rabies, Coggins, Dental Float with sedation and fecal egg counts with customized deworming program.
